Oh the places we’ll see…
Many folks ask us “Where will you go next?” to which we reply “We have no plans.” What we did when we started brainstorming this adventure was to create a Google Map and we each put in places we would like to “live” or “just visit”. We also put in some places that were recommended as “HAVE TO GO SEE!”
“Living” to us now means that we will stay in that area for about a month. For example, we spent a month living in Las Vegas. The places we would plan to “just visit” can range from a lunch in Rawlins, WY or a couple days or a week in a national park.
Another common question is what our route will be. Again, we have decided to remain undecided. As it is now we are only planning out a few days in advance and playing the rest by ear (PIBE’ing, as I call it). We do know a few things though: 1. We do not want to drive Dolly in the snow. There is no way we want to try to put chains on 6 tires!; 2. We do not want to stay anywhere for more than a month; and 3. We will not get to Vegas and stay there! (This just served as a reminder to ourselves! Matt loves Poker and I love almost everything else about Vegas!)
Go ahead and click below for the map (you may have to zoom WAY out. I don’t know how to change that!) And please let us know if you have any place we HAVE TO GO SEE! :)

Breezy.
Tried to check out your map link but I got a wierd message that I was out to sea while surfing the internet and to return to home.
Fixed it! Sorry! xoxo
Putting chains on RV tires isn’t that bad. You generally only put them on the outer of the dual tires. Even still, I don’t blame you for wanting to stay away from roads where you would need chains. Been there, done that, and would rather not do it again.
We’ll be heading out from LA toward Joshua Tree and likely southern Arizona toward the end of March. Hope to catch you guys on the road.
Hi Guys,
Welcome home! We sure hope to meet up someday soon too!
Tally ho!
Breezy.
I hope Tubac is treating you great! Send my best to Nana! xoxox
Hello Beautiful Cousin!
We’ve left AZ and are now in NM. It SNOWED in Tubac so we bolted. We’ll make it back when it’s a bit warmer. It was so wonderful to see and spend time with Nana though. She’s doing really great. :)
Thanks for the shout out on your blog. :) I will figure out how to comment soon, I promise!
Love to you, Isaac and Dublin.

I couldn’t imagine putting chains on an RV, either — putting them on a car is bad enough! We’ve done our best to avoid the snow as well; we got quite lucky and managed to escape the NE ahead of the storms and make it into FL with only a few frozen hoses. :)
